You can submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return or exchange requests submitted after 30 days will not be processed.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions
To ensure smooth processing of returns/exchanges, the item must meet the following conditions:
In its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Item tags, hang tags, and packaging are intact.

Original invoice or order number is attached.

It must not affect resale.

Note: Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, such as clearance, discounted, or promotional items.

3. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request:
Provide your order number and reason for return.

After review, we will provide a return address and return label.

Return the item as instructed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

After receiving the returned item and confirming it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment account.

Refunds may be slightly delayed due to processing time by the bank or payment platform.

4. Exchange Process: Contact customer service to submit an exchange request, specifying the required product model/size.

Return the original item according to the return process.

After receiving the original item and confirming it meets the exchange requirements, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.

The replacement item may be shipped within 3-7 business days depending on stock availability.

Note: Exchanges may require you to pay the price difference or receive a refund for any overpayment, depending on the item's price.

5. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs: borne by the customer, unless the item has a quality issue or the wrong item was sent.

Exchange shipping costs: The customer pays the shipping cost for the new item, unless the exchange is due to our fault.

6. Handling Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product with any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days:
Damaged
Wrong item sent
Incorrect quantity
We will resend the wrong item or provide a full refund free of charge to ensure your rights.
